1. Nature of the Service

Kaleipix provides a browser-based tool for AI-assisted image editing. The service acts as a technical intermediary between the user and third-party AI model providers (RunPod, fal.ai). Kaleipix transmits user instructions to these providers and returns the generated results.

Kaleipix is not an editor, publisher, or host of user-generated content. The platform does not exercise prior editorial control over the content created by its users.

2. User Responsibility

By using Kaleipix, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the content you generate.
You hold the necessary rights to the source images you use.
You will not use the service to generate content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for tagging shared content as NSFW when appropriate. Failure to tag NSFW content that is reported by visitors may result in credit penalties and, upon repeated offenses, account suspension.
You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited, regardless of jurisdiction:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance. Detected content will be immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities (NCMEC/Interpol). The associated account will be permanently terminated.
Non-consensual deepfakes of identifiable real persons (identity theft, revenge content).
Incitement to violence or terrorism.
Blatant counterfeiting of protected trademarks or copyrighted works.

Outside of these legal obligations, Kaleipix does not impose arbitrary content restrictions. Creative freedom is a core principle of the platform.

4. Content Moderation and Reporting

Any visitor can report publicly shared content via the report button on shared pages. Reports are processed within 24 hours.

Upon review, the administrator may:

Tag the content as NSFW (if adult content was not properly tagged).
Remove the content (if it violates Section 3).
Issue a warning to the account holder.
Suspend the account (in cases of repeated or serious violations).
Reject the report (if it is unfounded).

Right of appeal: Users may contest a moderation decision within 14 days by contacting support. Appeals are reviewed by an independent reviewer. A written, reasoned response will be provided.

5. Credits and Billing

Credits purchased are non-refundable except in cases of technical error on our part.
Free signup credits expire after 30 days.
Paid credits expire after 3 rolling months from the date of purchase.
Referral credits do not expire.
Auto top-up, when enabled, will charge your payment method automatically when your balance drops below your configured threshold, up to the monthly limit you set.

6. Data and Storage

All content is stored in your private workspace. Only content you explicitly share via a share link is publicly accessible.
You may delete your content at any time.
Upon account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days (to allow recovery), then permanently purged.
Generation logs (user ID, prompt text, model, timestamp) are retained for 12 months for legal compliance and dispute resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kaleipix provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

The quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated results.
Continuous availability or uptime of the service.
The behavior of third-party AI models used for generation.

Kaleipix is not responsible for the use made of generated content by users. The user assumes all responsibility for their use of the service and its outputs.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date above and, if the changes are significant, notify you via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
